The COMMANDS control can be used to load in new commands. If you miss certain TT2 commands (like WRAPPER and INCLUDE) then you can load them on demand (there will eventually be some easy way to load libraries of commands, e.g. [? COMMANDS TT2.* ?] but I need to think a little about the best way to implement that).
